Key Updates

All three changes below shipped in one pull request, PR 2 in engineyard/ey-cookbooks-stable-v8, commit c8ee8c4.

1. Database restore corrected. Bump ey_cloud_server to 1.5.1. Fixes a database restore that could drop the application database and then fail to recreate it on MySQL 8.0.16 and later, leaving the environment with no database while reporting success. (PR 2)
2. Replica restore guard restored. Restores the safety check that refuses a restore aimed at a replica, which MySQL 8.4 had disabled. (PR 2)
3. Restore exit status corrected. Failed restores now exit non-zero. (PR 2)

An environment provisioned before 30 August 2026 is on 1.0.0 and should be upgraded before running a database restore.
