How to get access to the new EY Portal

1. Navigate to the new portal at https://support.engineyard.com and click the sign in button
2. On the sign-in modal, click the “Forgot my password” link (do not use any of the single sign on options)
3. Enter the same email address you use to login to https://cloud.engineyard.com and https://eyk.ey.io, and click submit:
4. You’ll receive an email similar to the below (please check SPAM folder as well):
5. Click on the link provided in the email and create a new password:

Once this is done, you’ll be logged in to the portal. Use this email and password combination to log in to the Portal in the future.
