Announcement: New Help Center look and Functionality

You may have already noticed the new streamlined design for both our documentation and ticketing functions.  There is one more exciting feature that is rolling out to all customers over the next couple weeks.

 

There are many users who belong to multiple organizations, and until now, those customers were required to create a unique login for each Organization in the ticketing system.  We are happy to announce that we are rolling out a Multi-Org function, which allows a single email address (your Engine Yard SSO email) to be associated with all of your accounts.

 

Once your Account has been updated, you will be able to choose which Organization you are filing a ticket for from the “Submit a Request” page. (As demonstrated below.)  You will also be able to view all of the tickets from all of your associated Organizations in one place.

 

Note: As this feature gets rolled out, you may receive system-generated emails from Zendesk to the alternate email addresses you may have supplied in the past asking you to verify them.
