Engine Yard Platform Release Notes for April 18, 2019

Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard backend.

This week's release includes the following fixes: 

• Now showing assigned xLBs for SSL Certificates
• Stable-v5 stack now uses 5th generation instances by default
• It is possible now to set IOPS on application instance volumes
• Fixed: Unable to delete a database service due to a manual snapshot limit
• Fixed: Core API not being able to create RDS clusters from a snapshot
