'eyk ps' CLI command returns no 'web' processes

Overview

The eyk ps CLI command is returning no 'web' processes while Metrics shows there are 'web' pods running and the web application is also available.

This can happen despite having a minimum number of containers set for the application.

Solution

This problem can occur intermittently and was determined to be a bug in the CLI tool.

It is recommended to rely on information from the Grafana graphs if you encounter this issue with the CLI tool.

You can view the detailed cluster metrics by clicking in the Metrics button:
