Add Button disappears after page load


The user is trying to add an instance, but when they visit their production environment, the Add button disappears immediately after the page loads.


All versions of the product.

Root Cause:

Some of the recipes had failed on utility instances.

The Dashboard removes the Add button until the application is 100% green (Without any failed items). This could happen if any of recipes had failed.


Please make sure there are no failed recipes. You can check if the application is green by going to:<account_id>/environment/instances/new
