Action: Apply the following changes the next time you click the Upgrade button for your Engine Yard Stack V7 environment.

1. Set correct DB username and password in database.yml for RDS MySQL 8 (PR #192).
2. Makes TLS 1.2 the default configuration for Nginx, making setting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 optional through environment variables (PR #190).
3. Updated paths for ElasticSearch heap dumps and logs to be included on snapshots (PR #195).
