1. Fixed issue where MySQL 8 v7 was running with default configurations instead of using the EY ones. (PR: #183)

2. Update environment variables document to include EY_POSTGRES_VERSION (PR: #185)

3. Added Chef status reporting for DB recipes (PR: #186)

4. Updated EYDR Recipe to remove trigger file if replication is re-enabled on the replica/DR environment (PR: #184)
